I'd like to cancel my event. What is your cancellation policy?

Our chair event cancellation fee policy is the following:

  • Cancel more than 36 hrs before the appt. start time - NO FEE.

  • Cancel between 24-36 hrs of appt. - $100 per provider (or full amount, whichever is less). 

  • Cancel within 24 hrs of appt. - FULL PRICE.
