Can I cancel a Zeel Spa appointment after I book?

Yes, you can. The cancellation fees are as follows.

For rack (single) appointments:

  • Cancel more than 4 hours before the appointment - NO FEE

  • Cancel 2-4 hours in advance - $25 fee

  • Cancel 1-2 hours in advance - $50 fee

  • Cancel less than an hour in advance - FULL PRICE. 

For Block Projects:

  • Cancel more than 48 hours in advance - NO FEE

  • Cancel between 24-48 hours in advance - $100 fee

  • Cancel 24 hours in advance or less - There is a minimum minutes charge. This is typically about half of the scheduled Block Project. (Email spa@zeel.com for more details).
